Ingredients

process

  1. mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg [dry mix]
  2. mix butter, sugar till fluffy [wet mix/main mix]
  3. add egg, vanilla, sour cream [wet mix/main mix]
  4. add banana, rum [wet mix], may be curdled because butter and egg not at room temp
  5. fold in [dry mix] into [main mix](do NOT over mix)
  6. fold in peacans
  7. grease abundt pan
  8. bake @350F for 45 mins
  9. cool in pan for 15 mins
  10. invert and serve
