the cake is lava
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 oz chocolate
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup flour
process
- melt butter and chocolate
- add sugar
- add egg and yolk
- add vanilla
- fold in flour into [main mix](do NOT over mix)
- split into 2 ramekins
- bake @425F for 12 mins
- cool in pan for 1 mins
- invert and serve
