  1. mix all ingredients
  2. split pie crust into 6 (enough to fill muffin pan)
  3. add filling and fold edges in, to cover top
  4. bake @ 425F/218C for 20 mins
  5. cool in pan for 10 min
  6. remove from pan, then cool on rack
