Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter (chilled)
- 1/3 cup water (cold)
process
- mix flour, salt [dry mix]
- blend butter into dry mix [main mix]
- add water [main mix]
- turn on floured surface [dough]
- wrap tightly and store in fridge for min:1 hr / max:3 days
- roll out to use
